Städel Museum
As Germany’s oldest and most distinguished museum foundation, the Städel Museum numbers among the world’s most important museums.
It presents an overview of seven hundred years of European art history from the early fourteenth century, the Renaissance and the Baroque to early modern and contemporary art.
From February 25, 2012 onwards, the Contemporary Art Collection will be on display in an architecturally unique museum annexe covering an area of 3,000 square metres.
